REALTORS:

Please contact the management office for association documents, financials, minutes, etc. They will be emailed to you in a zip file folder.

You may also find the Declaration of Covenants, bylaws, and any amendments on the county recorder's website.

There are no fees for notarizing closing affidavits.  To expedite your documents, please email your affidavit to ams.hoa@gmail.com before noon.  You may pick your document up the same day before 3pm.

MORTGAGE LENDERS:

There is a charge for mortgage questionnaires.  Please call or email for fee schedule.  This fee must be paid to Association Management Services prior to completion of form.  Only checks will be accepted as form of payment.  No charge cards will be accepted.
